By creating an account or accessing any part of the Peak Seek platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Enrollment & Access

Access to courses and packs is granted by an administrator following a review of your enrollment request. Enrollment does not guarantee access to all future content added to a course or pack.

We reserve the right to modify, remove, or restrict access to content at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will notify affected students in advance.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Download, record, or redistribute course content without written permission
  • Disrupt live classes or harass other participants
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, PDFs, and materials on Peak Seek are owned by or licensed to Peak Seek or the respective teacher. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view this content for personal educational use only.

6. Live Classes

Live class sessions may be recorded by the teacher for later review by enrolled students. By joining a live class, you consent to being included in any such recording. Recordings are accessible only to enrolled students and platform staff.

7. Limitation of Liability

Peak Seek is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or interruption of service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
